Orbyt Social has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Orbyt is intended for adults 18 and over and is committed to keeping the platform free of any content or conduct that endangers children.
1. Prohibited
The following are strictly prohibited and are grounds for immediate removal and account termination:
- CSAM of any kind — including real, animated, computer-generated, or AI-generated material.
- Sexualization of minors — including grooming, solicitation, enticement, or sextortion.
- Any content or behavior that exploits or endangers children.
These rules are part of our Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
2. Reporting
- In the app: use Report on any post, message, profile, or content.
- By email: support@orbytsocial.com.
- Directly to authorities: you may also report to the NCMEC CyberTipline.
3. How we respond
When we become aware of CSAE or CSAM, we will:
- remove the content promptly;
- suspend and terminate the responsible accounts;
- preserve relevant data as required by law; and
- report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement and relevant authorities.
4. Compliance
Orbyt complies with applicable child-safety laws, including U.S. reporting obligations under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
