Social Media & Demand Gen Manager
You'll own how Orbyt Social shows up across APAC — the voice, the audience, and the pipeline of people who sign up because of it. This is a build-it-from-nothing role, not a calendar-management role. You will be the first marketing hire in the region and you'll report to the founder.
- Organic social across LinkedIn, X, Instagram and TikTok — strategy, calendar, and most of the writing.
- Demand generation: turning attention into signups, and signups into people who actually post.
- Campaigns end-to-end — launches, waitlist pushes, invite drives, and the reporting that says whether they worked.
- Creator and community partnerships across India, Singapore, Australia and Southeast Asia.
- The APAC content voice: local, specific, and never AI slop.
- 3+ years in social and growth marketing, ideally at a consumer or prosumer product.
- You've grown an audience from a standing start and can show the numbers.
- You write well enough that people finish the post. Copy is the job.
- Comfortable with analytics — you can tell a vanity metric from a signup.
- Based in APAC and fluent in how these platforms actually behave here.
